First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for not being able to provide a smooth and stable service.

On July 30, two months' worth of Guild Supply Crates were provided as compensation for the issue that prevented players from purchasing new items from the Guild Manager Shop.

However, a duplicate distribution of the compensation was identified on the Global Server. We would like to inform you that the duplicate items will be recovered as follows.

The recovery process will be carried out sequentially. If you have already used any of the items subject to recovery, the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your inventory when you obtain the same item again.
