We would like to inform you of the currently known issues identified in StarSavior.

We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible,
and once they have been fixed, we will provide an update through this notice.

[Known Issue]
1. An issue where the function to return to the Savior menu screen does not work when pressing Back after selecting Savior Menu > Stellar Archive tab > Go to Journey.
2. An issue where enhancement effects are displayed incorrectly on certain mobile devices.
3. An issue where gameplay cannot continue when the opponent’s time limit expires during Gauntlet Ranked Battle.
4. An issue where the probability display button does not respond for random boxes included in the Advance Package under Cash Shop > Special Sale Package
※ The probability information is displayed correctly after purchasing the item from the Shop and storing it in the Inventory.
5. An issue where the birthday of Blessing in Bloom: Efindel is displayed incorrectly (June 5, 01:05 UTC)
6. An issue where Gauntlet Ranked Battle season rewards cannot be obtained if they are not claimed immediately and are claimed later (June 9, 07:25 UTC)
7. An issue on Apple App Store where the price of the May Bride Featured Observation Package VII is displayed as “invalid,” preventing the product from being purchased (June 11, 05:45 UTC)
8. An issue where Savior Hilde’s “Fafnir's Descent” buff is not affected by effects related to Barriers. (June 15, 02:30 UTC)
9. An issue where the 3 Polaris Support Box product was missing from the sales list in the “Does Omega Dream of Electric Friends?” Event Shop (June 18, 03:25 UTC)
10. An issue where the English name for the “Raid” section was displayed incorrectly in the “Does Omega Dream of Electric Friends?” event (June 18, 03:30 UTC)
11. An issue where a typo appears in the name of Lily Arcana’s Potential buff, “증표,” when the language is set to Japanese (June 19, 07:20 UTC)

14. An issue where the game force closes in certain situations during battle (June 25, 04:45 UTC)
15. An issue where Journey Gift / Basic Evaluation / Basic Evaluation Success / Basic Evaluation Failure are displayed only in Korean when progressing through Carnelia’s Journey using Skip Scenario under English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language settings (June 25, 05:40 UTC)
16. An issue where the purchased product icon is not displayed in the Mailbox when purchasing certain packages (June 29, 01:00 UTC)

20. An issue where the turn count of buff and debuff effects on Saviors was not being correctly reduced during the turn in which Elves' Thunderstrike occurred in Gauntlet Strategy Battle. (July 1, 02:50 UTC)
21. An issue where the Journey Training failure rate is not displayed correctly (July 3, 02:35 UTC)

23. An issue where the turn count of the Superior ATK Increase buff was not processed correctly when a regular ATK Increase buff was applied while Superior ATK Increase was active. (July 9, 01:35 UTC)
24. An issue where pressing Back after selecting [Savior Menu > Stellar Archive > Go to Journey] does not return the player to the Savior Menu screen. (July 9, 06:20 UTC)
