[Notice]Notice on Suspension of Guest Account Creation and Changes to Account Deletion Policy

Greetings, Captain! This is your Liaison Officer, GM Lisa.

Recently, an excessive number of accounts have been created abnormally, causing continuous server load.

To provide a stable gameplay environment, the Guest Account creation feature will be temporarily suspended.

In addition, the server account deletion policy will be updated.
Please refer to the details below for more information.

■ Effective Date
- After the update on April 2, 2026

■ Changes
1. Suspension of Guest Account Creation
- After the April 2 update, new Guest Accounts can no longer be created.
- However, Guest Accounts created before the update can continue to access and play the game as usual.

For the safety of your account data, we strongly recommend linking your account.

2. Changes to Account Deletion Policy
- The grace period previously provided after account deletion will be removed, and deletion will be processed immediately upon request.

Before: 14-day grace period after deletion request
After: Immediate deletion upon request

Please note that once the account deletion is completed, the account cannot be recovered by any means. 
Therefore, please proceed with caution.

We will continue to do our best to provide a more stable and enjoyable gameplay environment.
