We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your gameplay experience due to unexpected disconnection.

During the Asia server stabilization work conducted today (09:20, UTC), a temporary network interruption occurred due to the synchronization process across all servers.

The server patch has been completed successfully, and we will thoroughly review our processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

As a token of our apology to all Captains who experienced inconvenience, compensation will be provided as follows:

• Eligibility: All servers

• Compensation: 100 Stellagems

• Distribution Period: Mar. 30 – Mar. 31 (UTC)

• Expiration: 14 days from the date of receipt
